Throw An Egg Weights: Where to Buy, Which to Get, and How to Train
Weights in Throw An Egg are bought in the shop area with in-game money. Buy the best tier you can afford, lift it at a training station, and use the 2x button to build power for longer throws.
Weights are how you get throwing power in Throw An Egg: head to the shop area, buy the best weight your money allows, then lift it at a training station. Each lift raises your power, and your power decides how far your egg flies.

Where to buy weights
Weights are sold in the shop area and bought with in-game money — the cash you earn from throwing eggs and hatching what you collect. If money is the bottleneck, the beginner guide covers the loop, and the codes page lists anything currently running.
The money weights are a lineup of named tiers that unlock one after another. Players work through names like Small Normal — the starter whose lifts add +2 power at a time — then Small Electro, Big Electro, Big Pancake and Small Toxic, with better tiers continuing past them. Names and prices can change with updates, so treat the shop's own ordering as the source of truth in your server.
The shop also offers a Robux "hacker weight." It is always 150% as good as your best money-bought weight, so its value scales with whatever you already own — the best one was priced around 4,000 Robux when last observed, and Robux prices can change. It's an optional shortcut; the money weights follow the same path.
Which weight to buy for your money
Follow one rule: always buy the highest tier you can afford.
- Just starting out: the first tiers cost only a couple of thousand, so grab one as soon as you have the cash — throwing with weak arms barely goes anywhere.
- Can't afford the next tier yet: don't wait around. Keep lifting your current weight and keep earning; training builds power with whatever you already own.
- Mid game and beyond: tiers get expensive fast. In one session, the next better weight after a mid tier cost around 32 million.
Every purchase is only half the upgrade — the tier becomes real throw distance once you train with it.
How to use a weight to train power
- Buy your weight in the shop.
- Walk to the dumbbell/lifting training station.
- Lift repeatedly — power climbs as you go.
- Press the 2x button to train faster.
- Finishing a session shows "Training complete," and at least one station also pays out a free egg for completing it.
- Take the power to the throw zone — the more power, the longer the throw.
Then repeat the cycle: earn, buy the next weight, train it into power, throw farther.
Remember: rebirth resets your weights
Rebirthing resets your money and strength, though in return it gives more physical power and more money going forward. Because the reset wipes both your cash and your strength, you will have to re-buy your weights from the lower tiers after each rebirth.
That reset is why the standard progression loop is exactly what it is: earn money → buy the next weight tier → train it into power → rebirth → do it all again, stronger. If you want the bigger picture around this loop, the beginner guide, the noob to pro progression path, and the tips for throwing farther all build on the same weights-and-power system.
